SuperProp

Making espresso with the Superkop is simple, but there are a few things that can make it even easier and more satisfying.

You always want your portafilter to be level when tamping. But even more importantly, the water reservoir on top of the Superkop portafilter needs to be level when you pour hot water up to the fill line. This is where our SuperProp comes in extra handy. Slide it under the handle so that when you pour, you can really get your eyeballs down there level with the fill line and ensure your espresso will yield just what you want. Even better, set the whole rig on a scale and fill to the gram weight. You can't do that without SuperProp.
